Our end goal is to create large, competent, scalable, and sustainable minority-owned companies that will help our customers consolidate their supplier base to streamline supply chains while meeting their minority business development objectives without compromising on quality and innovation.

Over the last 10 years, CIG successfully completed five (5) acquisitions/strategic joint ventures for a total of four (4) subsidiary companies in the Packaging space and has since divested of these companies after exponentially growing each.
  1. Hooven-Dayton Corporation (prime labels manufacturing) – acquired in 2007
  2. Digital Color International (marketing communications and customized packaging) – acquired in 2011 
  3. Cog LLC (packaging design and prototyping) – acquired in 2012
  4. TrueChoicePack Corporation (disposable packaging, focusing in biodegradable products) – acquired in 2014
After achieving exponential growth, CIG has since divested the packaging companies and is now focused on pursuing other strategic acquisitions and joint venture partnerships in targeted industries that will bring Total Solutions supply chain excellence to our customer base. On average, CIG subsidiary companies experience over 300% topline revenue growth within 3-5 years, given our access to a diverse base of Fortune 1000 corporations with proven value-based relationships.

In 2018, CIG founded Transworld Supply Network (TSN) as a multi-product, multi-industry global supply sourcing enterprise—an innovative central supplies marketplace/one-stop-shop for medical products, supplies, and equipment; industrial and safety supplies and equipment; building maintenance/janitorial supplies and equipment; construction supplies; marketing communications—printing and packaging, and promotional products and services; and warehousing, fulfillment, and logistics services. And in 2020 launched Transworld Delivery Corporation (TDC) as an Amazon-branded Delivery Service Provider (DSP), a last-mile delivery company.
